CAN REON #1
SOLD OUT
The first show with concerts and art installations, which will take place on September 9 from 6:30 p.m. at the CAN REON Masia.
Program | CAN REON #1
Marco Mezquida Trio | 7:30 p.m. | La Pedrera
Letter to Milos is Marco Mezquida’s latest album, produced over the last year and a half, and which is his musical statement for 2022. He has created it together with his travel companions in Talisman (2020) and Ravel’s Dreams (2017): Aleix Tobias on drums and a thousand percussions, and Martín Meléndez on cello, unraveling resources, colors and nuances as only they know how to do.
Letter to Milos is not only a love letter to his son in the first year of his life: it is the heartfelt testimony of what best describes him artistically.
Marco Mezquida – piano
Aleix Tobias – drums and percussion
Martín Meléndez – cello
Marc Parrot | 10 p.m. | Jardí del Tronc
Marc Parrot presents us with his eleventh album, Els Fets i l’Atzar, which is the basis of the show with which he has started the tour.
In this new work, the lyrics and the depth of the lyrics are combined with the experimentation of sounds, elements that, from a magical pirouette, the artist makes beautiful, simple and direct songs emerge.
As we are used to, Marc Parrot will present his new album Els Fets i l’Atzar with a careful staging, by Judith Pujol, in which he will show the different tones and nuances of each song to make a show and an experience to remember.
Marc Parrot – vocals and guitars
Laia Vallès – keyboard and vocals
Lluís Cartes – bass, drums and vocals
Art installations | On exhibition throughout the evening
Once the concert has started, it will not be possible to enter the auditorium.
