Tasting to discover a sample of California wines, its wine-growing areas and most representative varieties. A little trip to understand the world of wine in the United States and some of its peculiarities.

The so-called New World and its wines are often the improved version of the way of doing things in countries with a long history of winemaking, such as France or Italy. And from the traditions adopted in the past. New World versus Old World?

Led by Sommelier Johnny Alemán, we will take a tour of varieties and styles with their own marked personality.

The tasting will be enlivened with contemporary jazz by the Volatile Trío, led by double bass player and composer Jordi Mestres, accompanied by Miguel “Pintxo” Villar on tenor sax and Pep Mula on drums.
